Isla Mallorca & Spa Hotel Palma de Mallorca, Palma de Mallorca

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had lots of good features, very clean and well-maintained. Although my room was on the ground floor near the entrance, I didn't mind it. The furniture was somewhat outdated, but the overall experience was pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The renovations made the rooms lovely and spacious, and it was great to have kettles provided without extra charges. The hotel was also in a calm neighborhood, a short distance from the coast and Bellver Castle.

The hotel had great views of the main port, and it was quiet and clean, though a bit tight on space. Unfortunately, the room had a lingering smell of smoke, which was not ideal for us, especially traveling with a baby.

The hotel had clean rooms with good facilities; however, noise levels were high. The service was friendly and accommodating but could be inconsistent. It offered a central location between nightlife and restaurants, although a bit far from certain attractions. The dining experience was fantastic with some unfriendly reception staff. Overall, a nice stay with quality spa facilities.

The hotel had great views to the harbor, but the room was very small and basic, overlooking a car park instead of a garden. The strong cleaning products required airing out the room. The location was ideal, close to the Old Town with plenty of eateries. The dining experience was good, but with limited fruit variety.
